Inverness Chamber have launched #ProtectHighland service with our associates, Inverness BID, Visit Inverness Loch Ness Tourism BID, Nairn Connects and North Coast 500. This service is available for all businesses to use, free of charge, throughout Inverness and across the Highlands.
This allows businesses access to a free, secure and simple way of storing customer details in line with Scottish Government’s requirements for Test and Protect.

Once registered you will receive your individual QR and venue code. On sign up, participating businesses can instantly download auto generated posters & table cards with the details on for ease of use for them and for their customers.
Customers are asked to use the service on arriving at the business’ premises. Customers simply open the camera or QR code scanning app on their smartphone device and hold it up to the QR code to open the web app or alternatively, they can enter on our website HERE and manually enter the unique four-digit venue code. Each venue registered will receive their own code so that details are stored correctly. Once a customer is ready to leave the premises, they’re encouraged to sign out to help keep data specific. There is an auto sign out facility should anyone leave forgetting to sign out.
