Stewart Chamber of Commerce

BUSINESS IS DONE BETTER TOGETHER

The coming few weeks will see unprecedented challenges for businesses as we face up to the uncertainties Brexit has in store.

As we approach this period of unpredictability, Inverness Chamber of Commerce is stepping up efforts to ensure individuals and companies of all sizes have the knowledge, training and support they need.

We are part of a nationwide campaign led by the British Chambers of Commerce to remind people of the services available to not just overcome difficulties, but to develop potential and fulfil ambitions.

Business Togetherness will use a series of social media posts over the next 12 weeks to target the self-employed, SMEs and larger employers to discuss common issues and underlining how being part of the chamber network opens up local, national and international support, from improving training and skills to raising your profile.

We will be reminding people about the importance of being part of the local chamber community and the support that offers – you can follow the conversation using the hashtag #HighlandTogetherNESS.

We offer the power of networking, which can put you in touch with the right people at the right time and create new opportunities.

We can also advise on tailored marketing which can help your business improve its presence. The right advice can provide access to legislative and compliance support at home and in international markets and give you peace of mind in difficult and uncertain times.

Tomorrow (4 Sept) the campaign will be promoted at the Meet the Buyer North event at the Macdonald Aviemore Resort and then at Inverness Chamber’s networking lunch on 11 September in the Mercure Hotel, Inverness.

It will also form part of our message during Highland Business Week which runs from 23-27 September and is a showcase for the region’s diverse range of companies as well as the array of advice and support the chamber can deliver.

Business is done better together and national and international success can start with local connections.
