ICC spoke to Mark Gollan, Franchise Owner for Inverness & The Highlands. Mark started in the estate agency world in 1989 as a mortgage broker and has held several roles in estate agency since then, always in Inverness and the Highlands. Mark lives in the Scottish Highlands, on the Black Isle and can date his family in the area all the way back to the 1700s! Mark lives with his wife Fiona and their dog, Sir Leonard. Mark has lived in the Highlands all his life. Mark and Fiona even got married on a boat on Loch Ness! They invited the monster, but he had another engagement that day…
About his background and role, Mark said: “I’ve a wealth of experience in the property market in my area and the professional contacts I have developed over the years. I started out in 1989 as a mortgage advisor and have held various roles in estate agency since then. I’ve sold an estimated 2500 properties in Inverness and The Highlands. I took on the Yopa franchise last year and Im delighted to see Yopa’s market share increase.
